TheRTAStore.com was founded in 2009 in Hopewell Junction, NY. We are a family owned and operated business that has built our company off of trust, value and hard work. We love what we do and like to think we are the best at it. We believe we are different from other businesses because we truly try to get to know each of our customers and their needs. Our normal business hours are Monday-Saturday from 9am-5pm (Eastern Time), however we will often be available after hours, on weekends, and even on holidays through email. We understand how important it is to know that if you have a question or problem, there is someone who is available to help you. If it’s 10pm on Saturday night, Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Eve, email any question you have to [email protected] and we will do our best to get the answer for you at that time. Above all, constant communication is on the top of our list; even if we don’t have the answer right away, we will still let you know that we’re working on it and when you can expect an answer. You will never be in the dark and will always feel 100% confident in our ability to provide you with the highest level of customer service possible.

Our Free Kitchen Design service and knowledgeable staff of designers sets us apart from many of the other cabinet retailers out there. You will not feel like you’re speaking with a robot and you will never feel neglected. Our designers will work with you one-on-one to develop a sincere, trusting relationship. You will never feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. Our designer’s responsibilities are to make sure you are completely satisfied with your design, all your questions are answered, and that you are getting the best price possible.

We encourage you to ask us questions! It is not an easy thing to design and remodel a kitchen. It can get overwhelming–we know this and want to help you put your mind at ease! We have a small business mentality accommodating a huge market place! Our company is built off of great products and excellent customer service–if you need us, we will be there!

We wanted to be able to give our customers a quality product at an outstanding price. We are able to sell you RTA (Ready To Assemble) and Pre-Assembled cabinets with the same (if not better!) quality you would find at any retail store but for a fraction of the price. Our Ready To Assemble lines are more inexpensive then our Pre-Assembled cabinets because you are putting the cabinets together yourself. Now, don’t get scared if you’re not the most handy person–believe us, if we can put these cabinets together, so can you! We also have numerous assembly guides and videos to help you every step of the way, and as always, if you have any questions, just ask! Our central office is located in Hopewell Junction, NY and we sell from warehouses through out the United States. Your orders are placed through our office and then shipped directly from the warehouse to your home.

Additionally, we sell beautiful Pre-Assembled cabinets for those of you who would like the cabinets assembled when they arrive and ready to install. Our Pre-Assembled cabinets offer a little more variety then the RTA cabinets, so if you are looking to try something new or have a more ‘custom’ kitchen in mind, that might be the way to go! We try to cater to every customer while at the same time saving you money!
